What condos are available?
The 7th Street Lofts project is an apartment to condo conversion.
We will be releasing units as leases expire and tenants decide to move to other locations. Anywhere from five to ten units a year will be available to purchase.
Is there parking?
The Association Fee includes one leased spot per unit. Buyers can purchase a covered parking spot for $20,000.

We are planning on selling these condos as is but you are welcome to bring in a designer if that is what you desire.
