Building History

DJI_0053

Before becoming known as the Aslan building, this building, originally built by American Seating Company in 1904, was used to manufacture church pews.

The building was then known as "The Other Store" a clearance center for Bob Israels designs for living and Klingmans furniture.

The Aslan Building was one of several real estate ventures by Bob Israels. This specific building was a century old furniture factory but shortly turned into loft apartments around 2010. It was shortly after that the massive building became home to Seventh Street Lofts, Roots Brew Shop and a Storage Pro storage unit facility.
